Traceability matrix is a document which contains the
mapping of your test cases with requirements.Usaully the
column will be requirements and rows will be test
cases.This way we can know that we will come to know that
we covered the entire functionality

I want to create District. for that, District Code field, District Name field, Reset button, Submit button, Back button are there in the screen. whenever we enter District Code & District Name in the related fields, by clicking on Submit button, District should be created.
