Strategy: strategy is direction and scope of the organization over the long term(what product,what routes to market, what customer)which achieve advantage for the organisation through its configuration of resources within the challenging environment.
Planning:Planning is the dynamic action for take short term goal and that's also help to strategy, Planning is the natural next step of determining how you will realize your strategy.
