System A can contact system B, but not in reverse, not

Answer Posted / ar
It depends... I use "ssh" to connect from server A to B and
viceversa.... If i'm able to connect from A to B, it means
SSH is running on B .. if I can't connect from B to A via
SSH, then the service is not running on A.. SImilar thing
can be observed for FTP too...again, this might depend on
various other scenarios too..
