pf= KW/KVA,The supplier considers only the average pf which
is 0.995(KWH/KVAH) in this case.MD is the continuous max KVA
recorded by the meter for a minimum period of 15(I am not
sure) minutes any time.KVA^2=KW^2 + KVAR^2
