i have face two rejection,i am a arts student who did his masters in public administration, during visa interview i was nervous, i gave wrong information to inteviewer, is their is any possibility of us student visa guide me plzzzzzzzzzzzz.
Hello friends, I have got admission in SJSU, California to study MS in Industrial & Systems Engineering. I have got 91 in TOEFL and 790 in GRE, my GRE score is low. I have done B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. I want to ask what type of question Visa Officer may ask and what should I answer to the same?
My visa got rejected because of insufficient funds and fake bank statement.... Vo checked my bank statement and calculated something and said "due to insufficient funds I'm refusing your visa".... She didn't return the bank statement to me... The amount was removed from account before the visa interview date... I'm really worried that will they contact bank people to know whether the amount is there or not... Will they take any action against me for presenting fake bank documents... In fact we have 2 crores worth property ,but the problem is that the property is under my grandfather's name... So I have taken the fake documents as the real documents were not ready for the visa date ... Could you please let me know what to do

I need a small clarification i.e I need B.sc Degree(3 Years) and PGDCPA(1 Year).so its reaches US Education requirements right..? and 3 years of my degree was completed in 4 Year i.e actually passout is 2009-2011 but I passed in 2012.it is any problem for my admission and visa interview time.? Hi, my F1 visa interview is on this july24 At Mumbai consulate.....But i have a big confusion with my case. I am married and my husband is in USA greencard holder So Visa officer will ask me about my husband and future planning to stay in USA and i am going to say all truths that in future ,i will stay will my husband And My Father is sponsoring me and i m going for MS in CS in California and what should i have to prove for all this....and what type of QUESTIONS i'll have to face and will be asked to ME in interview ??And IF in d end of the interview they reject us then WE should have to ask about reason of rejection OR not??? can you all plz give me suggetions Thankss...........

I have done my B tech in civil engineering in 2005 and since then i m working in same profession as a designer as well as project manager.i wanted to go for higher studies in between but my finances did not allow me.SO now i Got admission from NDSU ,Fargo. Got my i-20 also. They did not require GRE but i gave and got less marks.I don't want to show Marks as its very less marks and can be negative effect....can I go without GRE marks..? Also for I-20, i showed 70% my finances and 30 percent my friend who is working in USA has shown as a sponsor...but now i have arranged the money from bank as a education loan.so will they accept that..?if not what document i have to show of my sponsor.
hi, i am permananent resident of usa i want to sponser my wife when i get my citizenship which is late 2011(apon advice of lawyer friend) my wife is coming to usa for education(f-1) only thing left in her student visa is her interview all her documents are complete she is coming for 4 year education program. only thing I am worried about is can they deny her visa based on that me(her husband) is in usa. I do know while she is studying in usa and i become citizen and sponser her she does not have to go back to her country even after her visa is expired. if they bring this point up in interview what could they ask and what should be best reply thank you very much
I have applied for an undergraduate course in America and got admitted, but the problem is i have done my undergraduate in India also. So I was wondering will they give me F-1 Visa again. because i have heard that once u do undergraduate they do dont give visa again for undergraduate. Also if I still sit for an interview and they reject me, is it true, that i will never ever get Visa again.
