Iam working for one of the MNC. My current role is
Analyst, My GL is Planning to send me US on L1 B
I have done my PGDBM from distance mode from Hyderabad
Central University …and My Graduation is done through
distance mode from Dr.BR Ambedkar Open University.Due to my
family issue I have to studied through distance. I have
relevant 6 years experience
Now my Query is wheather iam eligibility for L1 B.. Or not.
If Yes what type of check they are going to do while
processing L1 B Visa… Please let me status.

My L1 Blanket rejected in Aug 2014 . My company filed for L1 individual petition at Vermont service center and got RFE and then rejected on Oct 2014. Now my company if not willing to go for H1B. my company is filing again within 5 days new L1B petition at California Service center. I am just confused what need to do..

Hi My name is Karan, i have been to US on B1 visa and also stayed there for 3 months, now all that my company is decided to send me on L1 Visa, now i have a problem in my education certificates, which i have lost in the transit while shifting or relocating to different places/locations and am not in the position to submit my certificate, even if it is required and i have lost hope on getting my certificates back, and tried all way to get it, now am worried that and just wanna know with my work experience of 12 years, and i have all the supporting documents with related to my work experience. i.e. Right from offer letter to relieving letter and with these documents will i be granted L1 Visa, and someone please let me know what are the verification procedure done to issue an L1 visa, please give me detail. Hi My Company initiated L1B for me.There is a spell change in my certificates,my name is Thejomayi Kalla ,in SSC and passport it appears same.but from intermediate to PG it is like Tejomayi K.Will it be a problem during interview.Please Advice.

I have my Visa Interview scheduled next week.My problem is that I have only applied to one university because I have made my home work on all the universities that offer my course work and I finally applied to this univeristy and got a admission decision in 2 weeks that I am admitted to the program for fall 2103. Hi i a mechanical Engineer graduate(non CS/IT) passed in 2007.I have an overall experience of 2 yr and 2 months in an IT Company.I am working since last 1 year in the current project.Am i eligible to apply for L1B blanket(My exp. is less than 3 Years).My manager wants me to travel to TEXAS but my company says it required 3 yrs of exp. for L1B blanket.If i am eligible then what is the chance of getting my VISA approved??
