See I do not have an exact idea about the cut-off under negative pattern as this is the first exam from which SSC has introduced negative marks......so it's pretty obvious that the cut-off will be much lower than it was used to be earlier......and I am confident that you have secured a safe score to qualify the written part.......but now if you really want to go through it finally, you will have to practice hard on computer typing......remember the skill test is very tough for the first timer who has never ever typed seriously on the computer keyboard......I am true to say that only those candidates qualify the skill test who have the practice of typing correct words without searching for the alphabets on the keyboard and just writing the material in flow.

So my advice will be to practice the computer keyboard typing of any english material by fixing the time limit of 1 mins. daily for at least 1 hour.
you can also join the typing institution in your town or learn the asdf...hjkl; chapter....there are several typing software available on net also which can be pretty handy for you.
