How to create an address list in the All Address Lists
container
1.Open the Exchange System Manager.
2.Expand the Recipients container.
3.Select the All Address Lists container.
4.Right-click All Address Lists and select New and then
Address List from the shortcut menu.
5.Specify the name of the new address list.
6.Click Filter Rules.
7.The Find Exchange Recipients dialog box opens.
8.The default configuration is that all Exchange
recipients are included in the filter. To change this, click
the Advanced tab.
9.Click the Field menu and select the appropriate
recipient type.
10.Specify the attribute which you want to filter.
11.Specify the appropriate value for the attribute.
12.Click Add.
13.The attribute will now appear in the Condition list.
14.Click OK.
15.Click Finish to create the new address list.
