a braker is the protaction device in to the ckt and when
unconditional current will flow in to the ckt so ckt will
be brak by braker. and also during the brek time arc will
be quench by the breaker by it's phinomima and produce
insulation meaduen bet'n two contects and also prevent the
produce recovery voltage bet'n two contacts.
