DIRECT TAXES MEANS THAT PERSON CAN'T SHIF THE BURDEN OF TAX
INTO ANOTHER PERSON. EX: INCOME TAX, WEALTH TAX,
PROFFESSION TAX.
IN INDIRECT TAXES GOVT. IMPOSED THE TAX ON FIRST PARTY BUT
FIRST PARTY COLLECTED IT WITH SECOND PARTY, AND ULTIMATELY
BURDEN OF TAX FALL ON THE CONSUMERS.
EX. SALES TAX, EXCISE DUTY, SERVICE TAX ETC.
