diskmgmt.

Open Run command or Press Windows key + R.

Type diskmgmt.msc (Console File)

It will appears the Volume, Layout, Type, File System,
Capacity, Free space, % Free, Fault Tolerance, Overhead.

The above command is specially for disk management.

Not sure whether the disk performance is the same or not.
