Electricity sometimes can be dangers , sometime got shoked
form it . It is because of volatge or Current
Answer Posted / nithi
shock is depending on the amount of current flowing through
our body not on voltage (whatever the voltage level,it may
be even from 30v to some 100KV).
Again, the current thr'o our body depends on
the condition of body (dry or wet).
so,voltage doesnot have effect on shocking. if
the current exceeds the permissible limit ,then we will get
shock.
for example,we can touch even the power line which is
operating with the voltage of 765KV ,PROVIDED
1.SAFE CLEARANCE B/W GROUND & THE LINE.
2.GOOD CLEARANCE B/W THE TOUCH LINE & THE NEARBY LINE.
EX: crow doesn't get shock whereas peacock gets shock.
