I need to hit a service of a jms connection from another
jms connection.I am using soap over jms.How can we achive
this?

I am not clearly understood your question, As i know it is
possible using router and bridge. Router is for
communicating between two different jms connections and
bridge is useful between the queues and topics.

But before the consumers could receive the message the server went down. Since they are persistent messages, they are saved.
