it is mainly use for mobile phones & its bandwidth is also less(64-512 kbps approx in 2g).

I have been shortlisted for sbi asso clerk interview.For character certificate when I called my college people in admin off said that you are already a passout so we can't issue certificate....im a 2012 passout....what to do now? please anyone suggest.
