drives the all testing activities.
That should contains the all the details of testing
methodalogy,testing approach to be followed and etc.
it contains different sections like

Tetsing approach
Testing methadalogy

Mitigation plan
entry and exit criteria
deliverables
automation plans
roles and responsibilites
