why electric shock due to dc is dangerous than that of ac

Answer Posted / arul

Mr. Pardeep. U Need to be more aware of Electrical Shocks.
U Made a point that DC is not dangerous, If so then Why
Capacitor Banks in Power stations are being isolated
completely from the reach of Man..? My point is DC is more
Dangerous as comparred to AC. In accidental contact with
High Voltage DC source, the living body gets attached with
the strong attractive force where the Biological ionic
cells gets attracted towards it. Where as in AC, one of the
two half cycle helps the body to repel out from the AC
source. i.e the Body will be thrown out with an axtreme
force. Perhaps, this may not lead to loss of life unlike DC.
