Hi, I am drawing 35K per month in a pvt firm and I am a
Exserviceman. Though I am comfortable with respect to
salary but there is no job guarantee in pvt sector and I am
forced to apply for SBI.

if incentive is linked with the salary and we are paying Income Tax on that. can the incentive be held at any point of time by the employer?
