engineer or it is also defined as the ideas of the test
engineer, the only way to arrive the test cases is through
our ideas, creativity.

requirements as following
REQUIREMENTS :
consider a text box
It shud accept only 10 characters - 20 characters

so here we shud use boundary value analysis and equalence
