PLAN IS A EXECUTABLE CODE FOR COBOL.
PLAN IS A COLLECTION OF PACKAGE AND IT IS OUTPUT OF
BIND PROCESS.
PACKAGE: PACKAGE CONTAIN ONE DB REQUSET MODULE(DBRM)
AND IT IS NOT EXECUTABLE MODULE.
