dQ-dW=1 which of the law is obeyed by the equation

Answer Posted / justahelper

The first law tells us that energy is neither created nor
destroyed i.e cyclic integral of dQ should be equal to
cyclic integral of dW about a closed cycle

Then, the 2nd law clarifies this relation by specifying that
heat HAS to be rejected in the conversion of heat to work
and all heat supplied cannot be converted to work, some heat
will be stored as internal energy
Hence, dQ-dW=1 means dW work is done out of dQ and the
remaining 1 is the increase in internal energy. Hence, 2nd
law is obeyed here.
