pf 12%(employee)
pf 12%(employer)8.33% pension fund + 3.67% pf fund
esi calculate on gross salary
esi 2.75 % (employee)
esi 5.75 % (employer)
service tax is 10.30%
professional tax is different in different state ok
and vat also aaplicable on state wise
income tax slab is f.y 2010-2011
slab rate individual
160000-nil(mens)for female 190000- nil
for senour citizen 240000 nil
upto 500000-10%
upto 800000-20%
above 800001 - 30%
