From the point of view of an I.Q test it can be solved
M=6 and N=5
now 3M+2N =3(6)+2(5) =28
This can be attempted in MCQ's where option 28 is likely to be among the choices,however in subjective form of test this cannot be determined, as there are two variables and one equation.
