electrical engg deals with how to generate the power(ac/dc), and how to transmit the power.
electronic engg deals with how to do innovations(with that power by using electonic devices) like t.vs, mobile phones, computers etc.,
so lets we call electrical engg as basic engineering and
electronic engg as innovative engg
