There are many parameters anda table to manage password
limitations and exceptions.
login/password_expiration_time
login/min_password_lng
login/failed_user_auto_unlock
login/min_password_digits
login/min_password_letters
login/min_password_diff
login/password_max_new_valid
login/password_max_reset_valid
and Table USR40 to insert password exceptions
