throttling of control valve will reduce the turbine
efficiency. while throttling the throttling loss will be
there due to pressure drop across the valve. the vave will
acting as a nozzle. there after there is no kinetic energy
utilisation before first stage fix and moving blade. again
the pressure is reduced and velocity increased in first
stage fix blade. so by throttling the efficiency will
reduced.
