Antenna is a metallic device which may transmit signals at any direction or at 360 degree depending upon its shape....during transmission conversion takes place from electrical to EM and at receiving side it converts EM signals to electrical back.During the whole process the antenna must b e same polarized and for ma power transfer impedance must be matched...
