No dear you can not Apply for PR u can apply for Student
visa.

how do you make yourself more indispensable?
My sister was a nurse in India and moved to Australia as student. She is struggling to get PR. She has 3+ years experience as nurse in india. Does the CDR report work for nursing as well for skilled migration, if yes what do she need to do. I am citizen here so if she can get any points from me as blood relation?
