Why we are performing wavelength accuracy at lower and
higher wavelengths in HPLC calibration
Answer Posted / bhalchandra farde anuh pharma
We are perform wavelength accuracy test in lower and higher
wavelengthe b'coz of responce of compounds depend on the
wavelength max therefore it is necessary to ensure the
accuracy of the wavelegth set during analysis to produce
consistent result in both range.
