Banking requires systematic & disciplined work by the
employees. Here need employees to convince the customer
about product & listen their problems. These kinds of work
can be done by good communication & respecting the need of
customer. By doing graduates/inter/MA by ......... subject
we have learns how to communicate, visualize & analyze the
situation easily. These degrees has developed enough sense
of discipline & dedication to achieve my target. So now,
we are confident to convince the customer regarding Banking
needs. And this will help in mobilizing business & enhancing
customer base of the Bank.

Is an RBI Grade B officer likely to be transferred once he is allocated a position at one of the RBI branches? I am currently a PO in SBI. Compared to that, can you kindly inform me: 1) Is the chance to be allocated to your home state more in RBI? 2)Is an RBI Grade B officer likely to be transferred once he is allocated a position at one of the RBI branches? 3) Is the salary,job satisfaction, comparable workload, pension etc substantially better in RBI than in SBI? I can't find reliable information on this anywhere. Kindly enlighten me if possible.
