LINE...CAPACITOR IS USED FOR PHASE SHIFT...COZ THIER IS
SINGLE PHASE SO NO ANY PHAE DIFF...TO REVOLE MOTOR PHASE
DIFF IS NECESSARY...SO IN STRARTING CAPACITOR NEEDS TO
CHAGE IN PHASE SHIFT...
