when liquid stored in spherical vessel, equilibrium shift
towards liquid.what is the benefit of it?
Answer Posted / sagar
When it evolves vapour and pressurises the vessel, the
pressure is distributed evenly throughout the spherical
vessel because of no sharp edges for point pressure, its
not in cylindrical or others. Thats why the liquified gases
are prefferably stored in spherical vessels.
