?????Now the question arises that why bank has interviewed 90000 candidates wereas initial adv.says that for 11000 vaccencies candidates will be called in 1:3 ratio. so what is the new scenario?????? is the vaccencies increased to nearly approx. 30,000???

i passed my graduation in 2010,and i have character certificate issued by principal at that time.is it enough for sbi clerical interview.i have another one issued by a gazatted officer too
