To configure the personal administration.it is best to see
the past experience if he is a fresher should see the
academics. according to that the persons attitude can easly
be understanded. To get a job a person should be assertive
and self confident..even if he is saying anything wrong for
the question he/she should be confident to that but do not
argue..if u dnt know just say it politely..
