I wish to invite a friend with a temporary status (student
visa) in the US to come visit me in Canada. I am also on a
student visa. Does the letter of invitation have to be
addressed to her or the consulate office? Does the letter
have to be notarized as I can't see anything about that in
the New York office where she will be applying?
