i got H1B visa to Nigeria last year, but due to some personal problems i didn't go there.Now i applied for H1B to US and i wanna know that is there any problem with that in interview.
Hi All, I dont have letter from client, as my employer is saying he may not able to provide it.Is the agreement between client and employer work out at consulate?. HI Guys.My H1B visa petition got approved for the year 2008- 2009. I am filling the application form consulte intervew. the questions currently i am working X company and i have applied for H1 visa through Y company. but before this i have applied for L1 visa through X company and when it comes to RFE the X company has withdrawn the petition from the USCIS. So now while filling DS-156 there are questions like 1. is u r visa cancelled or revoked before? 2. Is any other has applied for Immigrant visa on behalf of you before? so what answers i have to give for above questions since my X company withdrawn L1 visa petition from USCIS. if i say NO/YES what will be the problem. pls answer if anybody experienced this.

Hi, I am working for Company X and Company Y, which I will join after Visa approved has already filed my H1 and I need to take an appointment. Now my Company X is planning for my Visa which could be L or H. What I am afraid of is that if I dont join the Company Y for which I may getthe Visa stamped or "Pending for administrative processing" inwhich they may keep my passport. Please suggest should I hold my visa interview for Company Y or ther willnot be any problem in both cases? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Hi, I have 5 years work experience ( 2yrs in marketing and 3 yrs in BPO-technical support) and have been to California (currently holding B1 multiple entry visa for 10 years). Qualification: B.com (Computer's) Now I am planning to apply H1 visa. Looking for Desktop or Laptop technician job and hunting for sponsor. 1)Would I be eligible to apply for H1 visa? 2)Will US companies consider my BPO experience? 3)Shall I visit US again then look for the job and then come back to India then file H1 application?
