Hi guys, I worked in USA on OPT from july 07 to july08 for employer A. Same employer A applied for my H1B and got approved with start date of 1 oct 2008. I returned to india within my 60 days F1 grace period in sep 08. In DS156 form should i write i am employed or no?

Hi All, I am working for a CMM level 5 company from last 1.4 years. I joined this company with the help of 2years of fake experience certificate.Now,My Present company recommend my name for H1 visa.As per my knowledge they will ask all my previous experience details at the time of visa application. im going for the first time H1b visa stamping at chennai consulate on 30thseptember.i was employed in a major IT company till 8thseptember2008.since i had to give 2months prior notice to the HR dept of the company,and my US company need me there by october 1st,i resigned my present job(india company).will the unemployment part cause any issue at the time of interview.Is it mandatory that i must be employed at the time of interview?please reply.
