Testing is nothing but combination of both Verification
and validation of Customer Business requirements and
Expectations .
The main purpose of the testing is to ensure the quality of
the application (bug free) there by customer Satisfaction
interns of his business activity.

The responsibilities are ,
1)He should understand Clients requirements and Expectations .
2)Be a Active part of team which participates in all
Testing related Activities (Testing Process)
3)He should be a very good communicator
4) he should have basic domain knowledge

all these makes a tester to a good tester
