The HT panel is the front side (usually) of HT cubicle. If
it is a local control panel there will be one alarm
annunciator ,meters for the indication of different
parameters of electricity ,normal control push
buttons,emergency control push buttons,bypass key for all
interlocks,"local,remote or maintenance" selector rotary
switch,semaphore indicators for CB/isolator/earthing
switch,push button for healthy checks of tripping coils
(before closing and after closing).There wiil be no
hazardous HT voltages as the name indicates,only control
power(110 dc,110 ac,240v ac,440v ac).Inside the cubicle
there will be ,space heater,resistances,fuses,SMPS power
supplies auxiliary relays(protection panel) etc.

I have a current transformer with 1 main reading meter with transformer outside the building and a control panel having 5 CT reading meters with black round coils inside the building. I want to know, A) when current pass through the Transformers, will the current be reduced or be the same and after that B) when current pass through the CT meters with black round coils, will the current be reduced or be the same.
