100 of 30% is 30 so remaining 70
now 70 of 20% is 14 so remaining 56 and
56 of 10% is 5.6 so remaining 50.40.
so 50.40 is remaining fuel wastage and reduce of fuel
wastage is 100-50.40=49.6%
