I dont know the answer, but wud like to do one small
correction in first answer posted..
in first 30 mins 4 people will come to know..
after that, for next 30 mins total 1+4 = 5 people including
urself are ready to inform another 20 people..
it's not da condition that, once u told to 4 people, u cant
continue with telling to 4 new poeople about it..
right..?! ;)
now, at da end of 1 hour total 25 people know about
scandal..
and so on........ :)
