hello, i got rejection in usa 8 times first 3rd time on
findlay and last five time on liberty.they give me one
reason that i am not convincing well i told all anser well.
at that time my toefl score is 47 now i gave second time i
scored 94.also i rejected 2 times in canada all on student
visa.i applied in usa this time my inertview is on 12th
aug.so please help me get visa. is ther any bad impact of
previos rejection and canada rejection.

I think looking at your USA visa refusals, no point in
applying again and again and wasting money as having these
many try, visa officers will feel you have some other
intention so chances are very rare to get Student visa.
Even visa officers are not going to convey exact reasons of
refusals and I do not know much about your background so no
idea for your eligibitlity of other category of visa in USA.
REgarding Canada, I think you need to know exact reasons
for refusal than you should try again or leave it same.

If one is rejected once does this affect his/ her second interview.are chances less in the 2nd one 2 get visa.

I have a boyfriend who is Mexican and is interested in coming to the US to study English ( he has a degree in international relations). He's interested in studying at a language school. If he chooses to study part time he can study under a visitors visa. Which would be easier to obtain given that he recently has been working in france for 9 months. HI, I am Jigar Mehta. I had apply for F1 Visa on 8 june 2009 bt they rejected it.Actually In my Case my uncle stays in US and he had apply for green card for my parents and it is in current stage within a year we will get it. But I was not aware that It include me also. in my knowledge it was only for my parents not for me. So VO asked me first que that have u filed immigration application so i told no not for me. so he thought i was not honest and he rejected. I was honestly not aware of it that they consider full family for green card. so now what should i do when i go next time for interview? plz help.
