NGR MEANS NEUTRAL GROUNDING WITH RESISTANCE. THE PURPOSE OF
USING NGR FOR NEUTRAL GROUNDING IS TO LIMIT THE FAULT
CURRENT WITHIN THE OPERATING RANGE OF PROTECTING EQUIPMENTS
AND ALSO TO SENSE THE SYSTEM UNBALANCE CURRENT
