USING NGR FOR NEUTRAL GROUNDING IS TO LIMIT THE FAULT
CURRENT WITHIN THE OPERATING RANGE OF PROTECTING EQUIPMENTS
AND ALSO TO SENSE THE SYSTEM UNBALANCE CURRENT
