1. how to enhance bp?
To Enhance the BP we can use EEWB (Easy Enhancement Work
Bench) as well as AET(Application Enhancement Tool whether
it is CRM 7.0)
2.how many tabs are their in navigation bar?
In Navigation Bar we have Work centres and Direct links.
Under work centres you can have n number of second level
work centres. So we cant tell the exact number for this,,,
