THE TIME DURATION OF THE INRUSH CURRENT IS LESS SO THE CTs
WILL SATURATE, TIME DURATION OF THE INRUSH CURRENT IS LESS
THEN THE PICKUP DELAY OF THE DIFFRENTIAL RELAY.
