Tissue culture: Tissue culture is culturing of cells in in-vitro condition(out side the body).
In animals we can use embryonic stem cells & adult stem cells for tissue culture.
In plants any part can be used for tissue culture.
Clone:A clone is referred as a group of cells which is produced from single cell& they are similar to its parent cell (means number of chromosomes)
