supervisor take the viava not instead of interviewer.
when Ur supervisor gave u project. when u did then he\she
take viava bcoz check that is this person did own work or
ready mate means another person did this. is he\she know
about project or not.
interviewer check Ur confidence, Ur abilities to do work,
and also check psychologically.
