first of all duty of the command area is determined. Then
we multifly discharege into acres. for example if duty 1
cusec/100 acres the area is 1000 acres then discharge of
the canal is 10 cusecs. if the canal shape is trapezoidal
then we put by hit and trail method varous d and b.
