PLC is a Controller in which used to operate the
mechanical or electrical components like water pump. For
example, If the water level goes low in the water tank, The
low level sensor give the signal to the PLC,then the PLC On
Commamnd singnal goes to Electrical panel to start the
water pump. It is called give and take command
DCS is device which is used to operate the mechanical or
electrical components through your PC. From the PLC HMI
Display controller, take the all command to DCS which is
programmed in your PC. So It is easy to identify or check
mechanical or electrical components running condition and
also it can be run the motor through DCS which you are
sitting in PC.
