So I have to take "c" form from buyer party or not ?
Answer Posted / rakesh aggarwal
in this case there is not necessary to take "c"form buyer
party because buyer party sold the goods and show the
exempted sale in our retrun and purchaser sold the goods
after including tax.
in other way if maharastra dealer purchase goods from
andrapradesh dealer then he issue the "c" from and give the
buyer.
