Hardware address cannot be changed as we all know that it
is 48 bit in size and it is a world wide unique address
which is having 2 parts 24 is OUI and 24 bits is vendor
assign OUI is to identify the vendor of the card.
So conclusion - It cannot be changed in any scenario.
