Linux is running defragmentation on every boot.
In linux every thing is a file with permissions.
FILE can not be executed automatically without permission,it
has to be permitted as executable and has to run manually by
user.
Hence Linux is not getting Virus affected.
*Now a days there are some viruses that are made for only
Linux systems present over Internet.
